Tweet Assist is designed to make twitter more accessible to everyone.  A fun, simplified layout with large text and buttons makes navigation a snap.  Have your friend’s tweets read out loud to you, or use your voice to make status updates!

Tweet Assist uses the Text-To-Speech APIs provided by Android 1.6.  The original Tweet Assist that was in ADC2 was designed for 1.5 and used the TTS service from the Eyes Free project which has now been integrated into 1.6.
